Any mental drugs for SAT's

Dammit. Don't you hate it when you hit "preview post" and then hit "back" and the shit is all erased? Man that pisses me off.

Okay, I'll be brief. Yes, there are memory supplements. Yes they do work. Yes I take them. I'm in lawschool now and did quite a lot of research on what works and what doesn't and I'll provide my list of what I'm taking. But first there are two things you must do:

1. Get enough sleep. 6+ hrs a night. Go to bed no later than midnight; AND

2. Eat right. No sugar at all basically. you can have a cup of dry cereal as a snack during the day once, but that is it. Eliminate all sugar from your diet. Also don't eat frozen dinners. Eat chicken and natural stuff; nothing prepackaged, no junk food, etc. That crap rots your concentration ability, trust me. Also, you will have a strict breakfast every morning. There are no substitutes, and you must eat all of it. But trust me, after you eat it for a week you will be amazed at how much clearer your mind is - no joke. For breakfast you will have (1) 6 egg whites + 1 egg yolk cooked to your choosing; and (2) a whole wheat/grain bagel, and add fatfree cream cheese if you want; and (3) three strawberries; (4) a small amount of brocclie and coloflower; and (5) three celery stalks about 4" each; and (6) 5 baby carrots. You must eat those six things for breakfast every day.

you do those two things and you will be amazed at how much clearer you can think. SOOOO many people underestimate eating right. Yes, your mother will be proud when you tell her what you are eating, but you know what? she was right. try it and you will understand what I mean.

Okay, so if you do those two things, then I'll give you my supplement list for maximizing your brain power during the day. Again, I have taken all this for over a year, and take it all now. This is not what I have tried, and I only use some; but rather this is everthing I am "currently" taking. And I did enough research to discover that this is basically it. There isn't realy any other stuff out there that will "boost" your concentration abaility (well, OTC stuff that is).

I'm not going to explain what each does. You can find the relevant ingredient in each and do a search for it, but each plays a vital role in your brain. And finally, this will not make you smarter. "smarts" is a relative term for "knowledge" - i.e., how much you know. You can always gain more "knowledge" and these supplements will help you gain knowledge faster, but they won't magically implant knowledge into your head. (And I buy all this from netrition.com - you might get them elsewhere cheaper, but I buy from them because they have all of these in stock).
