My stats...
• 32 yrs
• 162-165 lbs (put on 5lbs naturally this past year)
• been lifting on and off for 7 years.
• 5' 9" fairly lean
My goal is to gain 20lbs and retain 10-15lbs of it. I plan to do this eating correctly, resting sufficiently, abstaining from alcohol consumption, training properly and with the help of our little friend test.
Through my research I've decided the best cycle for my first time would be as follows:
• weeks 1-9 sust250 every 4 days
• weeks 1-4 naposim 25mg/ ed (spread out over the day)
Post Cycle as follows:
300mg clomid 3 weeks after my last sust shot (spread throughout the day)
100mg clomid days 2-10
50mg clomid days 11-20
* have plenty of nolvadex on hand
So I feel confident that I'm ready to start, now I just have to suck it up and stick myself and commit to working my ass off for the next two months (+post cycle) so as to make the most of my cycle.
What do you guys think?
