My properties have heat

Also I put a fresh coat of paint in the kitchen and bathrooms whenever I have tenant skip-out.

Id like to add that I replace the toilet seat, too.

holy fuck me!Channel 10 news in san diego made a commentary about "slumlords",and just so happens I owned a home they decided to feature.Long story short,our tenants were giving the city false claims about us in order to sue us for our house.

i think that it usually implies your tenants are drug dealers that are most likeley minorities and drive 83' oldsmobiles with sub woofers (that rattle because they didtn afford trunk foam to keep it from rattling) and leave junk outside everywhere.

Yes I have rentals.

In my experience some do tend to take off right before the contract expires. That's only more than likely done if they didn't pay a 1st, last and damage deposit.
There are all kinds of renters. Those that treat the home like it's theirs and those that don't.
The difference between the two, sometimes, is whether they want their money back.
