Any insight on why sickness would bring out back pain?

yes I have some insights on this.

I suffered from a stomach virus this weekend which lead to horrible vomiting and headaches but it also brought out some serious backpain... any reason why this woudl come too?

I always have some sort of minor back pain but since I've been sick there's positions I can't sit or lay in because of it..

Lower back pain? Severe kidney/bladder infection.....

dont know any scientific reason why, but I have a bad lower back and I know when I am about to get sick b/c my back starts aching in a particular way. that's life I guess.
