1 - Age- 23
2 - Lifting History- lifting on and off for 7 years. started again at home with dumbells 2 months ago to get back in shape. bought gym pass yesterday.

3 - Height- 5 11"
4 - Weight- 200
5 - Estimated BF% - 10-15% estimation., im pretty lean except for a beer belly, not too bad though.
6 - Diet- havent touched fast food in weeks. so far its been oatmeal, eggs, wheat toast for breakfast, lunch salad-romaine lettuce, can of tuna and grilled chicken breast and low fat cottage cheese with rice vinegar dressing. i just mix it all up and eat it. dinners have varied, but its all been good, steak chicken etc. im only at 3 meals a day now, am still working on a diet while on cycle. will be buying Nlarge protein mix.

7 - Goals- 230 pounds sounds about right for me. basically, i want to be big. i have the frame to hold a lot of weight, and over the past 6 months ive come to the conclusion im wasting something that could be 100 times better( my body)

8 - Proposed cycle- this will be my first cycle. im thinking 200mg/week deca, weeks 1-8. 250 sust/week, weeks 1-8. i do need help with the drugs i need to use to come off a cycle, nolvadex, hcg??

the reason for the low doses is i need to try and conceal this as best as possible from everyone, including my g/f. so you see if i cant get in bed she'll know somethings up. i can get away with a few weeks by telling her some of the "supplements" i am using cause lowered libido for a while, but not a few months. and i want to see how these drugs affect my body.

so how does my first cycle sound? i was thinking i could add some d-bol to the mix, but if its not really necessary for a first cycle then i wont do it. i found a source nearby, a BB that owns a gym and knows a friend of mine. thanks for any input.
 
Just be honest with your girlfriend and tell her you will be more secure about yourself and you will be enhancing your body so she will have someone good looking walking next to her. She should understand. Most women should understand at least - they use make-up and other enhancements all the time. Good luck.
 
Honestly, you don't sound like you have been serious enough about your lifting to juice. You've been hitting dumbells at home for 2 months? And are just now back at the gym?

I'd wait until you had a solid year or two minimum at the gym before you even should consider juicing.

Back in the '70s and '80s there were a couple theories as to when you should start juicing. One was that unless you had hit a natural 405 lbs squat and 315 lbs bench... you weren't even close to ready. Another was that you had been lifting for 5 years solid. Another was that you had been training steadily and platued for more than a year.

Next, you appear to be putting a serious effort into getting your body fat down. That isn't a good time to start a cycle. You juice to gain size... and to gain size you have to eat and eat.

Next, you say you need to "conceal" this from your girlfriend. This makes me ask the big question: What kind of man are you? I'd never lie to my girlfriend. I never lied to my wife. There are some serious maturity issues that come into play when someone can't be man enough to be honest and forthright with the person he is involved with. Maturity issues generally indicate a lack of readiness to use AAS.

It's a game for adults - not children.
 
I agree with Sofageorge. You have no business even considering gear at this point. You really need to see what you can do with shear will power, dedication, and determination.

Gear is not going to develope those for you. I have a theory that you probably will not like. If you quite once you WILL quite again. It's that simple. Until you can prove to your self that you have the dedication to stay and train and grow, bleed, sweat, scream, and cramp like a dieing race horse and smile the whole time you should really rethink your approach.

If your serious I would go to your new gym find the big guys, adjust your schedule to work out around the same time they do and learn from them. Make some friends that have obviously been around the block and learn what the game is really about. Then make some decisions. Prove to your woman that you want this and she will support you. Lie to her and your life is gonna be hell.

You didn't spell QUIT right... but your statement is solid gold. Funny thing is that nowadays sources will sell juice to anybody. Back in the '70s if some of the skinny ass kids that come on here tried to buy juice they would have gotten laughed out of the gym... and maybe bounced out.

Juice wasn't for newbies then. You had to have a solid foundation before you were considered eligible.
 
on the pictures of our members board...there you will find what you seek....some have taken multiple stacks of anabolics and still look like shit! Some could have made that very same progress having a proper diet & training.In my opinion diet is 90 per cent of sucess or failure!!!

What a load of bullshit this is. First of all, if you plan on using Sust your libido will be elevated for the first few weeks, especially if it's your first cycle. With all that test in your systems you'll be fucking like a jack rabbit (I hear jack rabbits are constantly horny). You won't experience any real libido problems, if at all, until your post cycle. Secondly, I agree with some of the others, if you need to hide it, don't do it or find someone else that understands your objectives and doesn't interfere with them.
