1 - Age- 23
2 - Lifting History- lifting on and off for 7 years. started again at home with dumbells 2 months ago to get back in shape. bought gym pass yesterday.
3 - Height- 5 11"
4 - Weight- 200
5 - Estimated BF% - 10-15% estimation., im pretty lean except for a beer belly, not too bad though.
6 - Diet- havent touched fast food in weeks. so far its been oatmeal, eggs, wheat toast for breakfast, lunch salad-romaine lettuce, can of tuna and grilled chicken breast and low fat cottage cheese with rice vinegar dressing. i just mix it all up and eat it. dinners have varied, but its all been good, steak chicken etc. im only at 3 meals a day now, am still working on a diet while on cycle. will be buying Nlarge protein mix.
7 - Goals- 230 pounds sounds about right for me. basically, i want to be big. i have the frame to hold a lot of weight, and over the past 6 months ive come to the conclusion im wasting something that could be 100 times better( my body)
8 - Proposed cycle- this will be my first cycle. im thinking 200mg/week deca, weeks 1-8. 250 sust/week, weeks 1-8. i do need help with the drugs i need to use to come off a cycle, nolvadex, hcg??
the reason for the low doses is i need to try and conceal this as best as possible from everyone, including my g/f. so you see if i cant get in bed she'll know somethings up. i can get away with a few weeks by telling her some of the "supplements" i am using cause lowered libido for a while, but not a few months. and i want to see how these drugs affect my body.
so how does my first cycle sound? i was thinking i could add some d-bol to the mix, but if its not really necessary for a first cycle then i wont do it. i found a source nearby, a BB that owns a gym and knows a friend of mine. thanks for any input.
