As a certified Personal Trainer I am skeptical of any and all "in-home-fitness-devices"...gimicks and marketing do not make an effective workout. I espouse the importance of proper technique and hard work under the supervision of a trainer; However, a client of mine (middle-aged woman, overweight, mother-of-4=lower and upper back issues due to misalignment of hips and spine) would like to try a new in-home-ab-device to use when at home and not at the gym. It is supposed to support the upper and lower back while wrking the abs. Anyone tried it??? any 1st hand insight appreciated to give her some "legit" feedback before purchase. Thnks
