I am new here and just posted my very first message. I was trying to figure out where I'd like to get in the future body wise, then I saw your post and pics. This is exactly where I would like to get.

In my humble opinion, you are just right. I dont the BF% but that is where I wanna get excpet I'd like 29" waist.

Could you perhaps share me with your diet and work out ?
