im 23 been training for two years now, im 6ft and weigh 170 pounds i eat 4000 kcals a day, so what in your opinions would be the best steroid cycle for me to use? and should i try bulk up as much as possible and then start cutting?

I'm no expert here, but from what I have learn't here already, It's obvious to me that you're a little young to be thinking of AAS. Besides, you need to put on at least another 20lbs. Too skinny.
 
Go with 250mgs of Testosterone E weekly for ten weeks. Shoot 125mgs on Monday and Thursday. Go to the AF store (our board sponser) and get some AIFM.
One pump per day, for 16 weeks.
 
Hello I am currently working overseas in support of the war against terrorism. I have found out that steroids are readily available over here. I have always wanted to do a cycle but never had the opportunity. I don't have a clue about what to take and when to take them. I do workout so I have a little knowledge on lifting. If anyone can give me the laymens terms on what to take for size increase and cuts I would apprciate it. I need to know everything about what to take along with the recommended stack. Please spell it out for me and use simple terms (no abbreviations please). I dont mean to sound dumb but I just don't have the knowledge on this subject. Thanks for your help.

You can't just ask questions like that and expect an answer. The subject is so VAST !!! You're gonna have to do a lot of reasearch on your own. Get familiar with some basic knowledge, found within the "Stickies" on this forum. Just keep reading and stick around reading other threads, it's amazing how much you'll pick up along the way.

Yup and the majority of people will recommmend a test only cycle for your first, which is absolutely solid advice. Stay in the range of 250mg-500mg per week. But serious read the stickies and that link for info on PCT and other neccessary information.
 
Bro, I would wait another 2 years.You natty test is throught he roof right now. Keep training hard and eating and the gains will come.

Mabey you should change your training routine, I did a 5x5 routine when I was younger and gained 20 lbs in one summer,all natural!!! lots of squats and deads!!!!

Try some supps like creatine and a good weight gainer. I would exhaust all other avenues before trying juice.
