i would use tbol or var/anavar rather than winny if you don't want sore joints.
i would also use test e or cyp over sust. if you already bought your gear then do it like this
sust 500mg weeks 1-12
dbol 30mg ed weeks 1-4
winny 50mg ed 8-13, stay on the win while the sust clears your system
week after last sust shot 500-1000ius hcg mon wed fri for 3 weeks
100mg clomid ed week 1 then 50mg clomid ed for 5 more with nolva 20mg ed for 6 weeks as well

well anywhere from 40mg ed to 100mg ed bro. it is very mild and will not have sides regardless of the dosage. you are not going to hurt your liver on it either. people that run high doses of var say 75mg and up get the best strength gains of any aas. it is great for low calorie diets as it allows growth stiill. its the safest and imo best cutter because it curbs that appetite. wish i could afford to run it at 100mg ed. for now i'm sticking with tbol

The a-dex would be fine in place of the nolva. I personally like AIFM from the AF store.
