I'm on the "North Beach" diet :)

What kinda diet u lookin' for?

Mostly it's just eat less than you burn overall and you'll loose. Training will help maintain muskles during caloric deficiet.

i want to keep as much mass as possible but i want to lose some in the midsection bro
 
For those goals I'd try something like this
