Any good alternatives to Napster?

this comes up every few days - I think http://www.zeropaid.com/ is probably your best bet - they have them all and rate them as well. (I like gnotella personally)
I have heard about these sights, haven't personally checked them out yet,but you might want to give them a whirl.

www.napigator.com - plug-in for napster that let's you choose which server you connect too and helps avoid the filters.
www.limewire.com - client for the gnutella network.
www.edonkey2000.com - pretty decent.
limewire and edonkey are awesome for downloading movies too. They're total file sharing programs so you can download songs, movies, warez, porn etc...
www.audiogalaxy.com is decent if you know how to use an ftp client. This was my main way of getting them before Napster got big. They also have a file share program, but, i've yet to try it.
Good ol' IRC channels is another option.
