Any Fitness models here????

Do we have any fitness models here? Those guys are not only HUGE but cut as can be. That is the body type that I definately want to have, Not look like the pros are today. (accept arnolds look) Well anyways all of the fitness models have a 3 dominating body parts chest biceps and abs for sure. Thats not to say most everything else is on par but those 3 are a little bigger then the rest for sure. My question is for any of you fitness models, do you workout accordingly? Like workout chest and biceps more often, and maybe even give abs a day all to themselves? I am far from being close to there psyiques so I am wandering if I should start now? Or just do a regular bodybuilding routine, unfortunately for me though that means haveing big tris and a big back. (not big chest and bi's) Should I put on a great deal of size first, and then worry about stuff like that or should I start right now?

Thanks opionons/responses from everyone but would greatly appreciated if I got some from feedback from fitness models, or people who have background in that area.

Squats... some weird form of good morning... barbell row with a weight my future 5 year old daughter could live (keep in mind I said future)... incline bench presses with 30lb dumbbells... oh my, how revolutionary. I hate their friggin' pussy isolation exercises where you can't use more than 20lbs, and what the fuck is up with their models being so friggin' skinny? If this is a fitness model workout, I'd rather not be one.

some of them have good symmetry...but as for size...I think you'll find that most have a very lowBF%, but, I've never seen them bigger than let's say 190-200lbs at 6 feet, now, that's not bad, especially if your BF% is low, but, I wouldn't say huge

its genetics bro. u have to be 5-7% naturally imo to constantly model. and most of them are about 160 170 tops. usually pretty short too. just eat right and do cycles that give more lean mass. thats all i can say. u have to understand how much they can use lighting and coloring to make those guys look jacked as hell, then u seem some of them and they are tiny. there are some big ones but rare. ive known a couple of abercrombie models, they just lived in my dorm 6 years ago, fucking nerds would leave there photos out so everyone would see them. i only ever saw them doing chest or biceps at the gym. they were each about 5 6 155.

I agree with Bruce, the lighting makes all the difference in the world. When I was younger I did a little fitness modeling. I remember showing up at my first shoot and the guy fucked with the lights for like an hour. I started getting hungry so I was like "C'mon already!". The guy then educated me on the subject. He showed me the difference b/w good lighting and great lighting. After that I let him fuck around as much as he wanted. The difference was amazing!

I will admit, a lot of shit out there is definitely a joke. As long as someone works hard and is disciplined I don't care what they want to look like. We all have the same underlying premise of self-improvement. I have respect for anyone who goes out there and risks failure and puts it on the line!

I have a friend who is doing some fitness modeling, he works his ass off. I think bb'ers tend to think they don't work hard and that they just fuck off in the gym. I worked at A&F for months just to get a discount. All the girls that worked there had to be at least 18. Needless to say each and everyone of them wanted to fuck those guys. The A&F guys make plenty of money. My bro stands outside stores shirtless and makes $15 an hour.

All the kids in the auto plants make $25/hr just by working on the line doing repetitive nothing 8 hrs./day....If they are skilled trades, they get more...
