Firstly, if you take the 8mg caps, take 2-3 with each 200mg caffeine dosage. I'd still try to get a hold of pure ephedrine HCL in 25mg caps from www.dnepharm.com

GTE is great. Look for something that is concentrated in EGCG, like the AF Store green tea. Synephrine would be a nice addition as well, along with ALCAR and tyrosine.

i did buy already, taking 16mg ephedrine and 200mg caffeine, i'll up the ephedrine to 24mg later on

I've done it for years, no effect. It just thins the mucus in the air passages, not a big deal.
