what to look for to identify fakes. I've got some, and it smells the same as my organon sus. Haven't used it yet, but wanted to know of any tell tale signs.

First of all russian sustanon is Organon so no surprise it smells like Organon 
Second of all its no longer available on the russian market. You can buy it at $7 per amp in a drugstore while you can buy Niles or Karachis at $3 in the gym here. Enough said.
Also there is no russian sust with green label and I seriously doubt those are legit. I`ve heard lots of negative comments about those amps.

The labels are blue, not green. And the injection site hurts for a couple of days after.
