Any car junkies? got a broken piece.

Was swapping the radiator fluid in my truck (02 ranger) and I broke the damn screw on the bottom that keeps the fluid in. Stupid plastic screw snapped off on the end, leaving the threading inside. Any tips on how to remove the other piece? Tried grabbing it with pliers, but can't get a grip. My only idea is to liquid nail a dowel rod in, so I can twist the piece out. Or just take it to a mechanic.

try the doweling for now, will prob work or get the skinny long nose pliars, there is a slit in that petcock(the screw) you should be able to get on that

if it is a plastic screw you might be able to drill through the middle of the screw. find a smaller drill bit than your screw and drill out the middle of the screw. should be able to weaken the screw enough to get it out.

or retap like suggested above

get a lowes card.. you can get no interest for 12 months!!
