I used to go to a club in Long Island for an 8am workout and I couldn't believe all the girls that worked out there that early, hey were drop dead gorgeous. It turned out they were strippers getting a early workout in before guys came and tried bothering them for phone numbers. Rubber bands are used for what's known as "tying off". Basically, the guy jacks off until he's somewhat erect, then puts the rubber band tight around the base of his cock to keep the blood in.
