Alright Peeps,
As some of you who may have read my previous post in another forum section know later this year im planning a new cycle. However, due to injury ive been off training for the last two months and needless to say over xmas i have consumed my weight in mince pies, chocloate and alcohol several times over. I have gained a whole stone in weight, and not the good kind.
I am planning 2months of intensive work out to start Jan 2nd before i start my new cycle in March, i am hoping to shed the whole stone in this time and i was just wondering if you guys could recomened any supliments i can add to the stack im intending to use for the fat burning,
I have just ordered some L-Carnitine (500mg tabs) Alpha Lipolic Acid (300mg tabs) and Thermobol from Maximuscle ( just as an added bonus). I have used Carnitine before and found it excellent but can anyone recomend any thing extra to give me a boost with this stack?
Also wondered if you think 1 hour cardio a day would be better than 2hours x3 weekly sessions or perhaps a mixture. I am intending to get back to thai boxing 3 times a week and mix this up with weight lifting inbetween, what do you think? i need to get my BF down to 10% or less if possible.
