I have been on the edge of trying gear for a while now. I still need to educate myself alot, but what better way then to get it from you all?
I have been lifting on and off for maybe 15 years. Within the last 2 years I have been really getting more serious about it though. Religiously going 5 days a week, and taking legal supps like protein powder, creatine, ribose. I have experimented with some prohormones, but have found that it costs alot and the results are not that great. I think my last cycle of 1AD cost me around $400.
Anyway, I've read alot of the threads here, and see alot about stacking. I am thinking about doing a cycle of Deca. But I wasn't thinking about stacking it with anything else. What are your thoughts on just using this by itself?
My stats are:
Age - 37
Height - 5'7"
weight - 175 lbs
bf% - maybe around 12 - 14%
max bench - 245
