Any advice for a trying to lose weight while taking test.?

OK, here's my situatuion. I'm 35 years old, 6'2" 248lbs. with BF in the 15-17% range. Most of my BF tends to be around my stomach, love handles and rear. I work out 6 days a week, 3 days lifting weights, 4-6 days cardio. As for my diet, I eat strict Sunday to Friday afternoon. On Friday evenings and all of Saturday I cheat on my diet. Consisted in this cheating period is usually many beers, albeit light beer. Three years ago I was at an all time high in BW at 340lbs. so my formula has worked fairly well at keeping muscle but losing BF by not dropping weight too quickly. My goal is to lose more BF.

I have a bottle of petpharma test e. 350, AIFM, and two bottles of xenadrine pre ephedrine ban. My plan is to do 10 weeks of 1cc/week, up cardio, cut out drinking alcohol. Currently my non cheat days diet consists of about 2500 cals/day. probably 40% protein, 45% carbs(low gi), and 15% fat. I know i should probably up my protein intake but it seems difficult to consume 2gs of protein per pound of bodyweight while still restricting calories.

Can anyone give me advice? Will the test e. help? I don't want to blow up, I'd just like to be leaner. Any input is appreciated.
 
i dont know about everyone else..but no matter what i did i retained a fuckton of water on test e...it all came off when i stopped but still...
 
Test will help you to maintain you muscle, as well as build a little, while you cut. As for protein intake, find a good high protein low carb low fat shake, like ON Gold Standard Whey.

Your plan sounds on target you are probably a higher BF than you think with love handles but thats not your question. I would not cheat myself at all with the protien it is very easy to get 2grams by buying somw whey protien from GNC or some other health food store that is one thing that most will not argue about which is GNC is maybe at least good for protien. Without question cut out the beer and alcohol. for two days after drinking it about completely shuts down your bodies ability to synthesize protien into muscle. When you say your diet is dialed we can only assume you know what you are talking about since you did not post anything about what and when you eat. But that and cardio is your best friend when you are trying to lose fat. I assume you take a multivitamin and get some flaxseed oil. The good stuff. It tastes like shit but you need good fats to lose fat as ironically as that sounds. You can find these good fats in various foods as well i.e. avacados nuts almond in particular.... Anyway you stick with that you should be fine but also do not overtrain your muscles sounds like you are hitting the gym pretty hard. A better cutting cycle in my own opinion would include tren/test/EQ switching the tren for masteron and winny at the end. Or HGH & T4 potassium tren and test. Of course not all of these. Careful of the EQ although it increases your Red blood cell count and makes your caredio seem ten times easier it also makes you at least me hungrier than hell If you want to just add some simple things Trex is pretty good shit and the AF store has a few other good things that are probably much better for you to get on instead of juice. I assume you have juiced before but if not my best advice is to get rid of all those compounds and just hit the cardio and some of the AF Store supps. Good luck.
