Any accountants here?

hey, I have finally decided i'm going to be majoring in accounting...Yeah I know, people say 'it's boring' ....well..everything has its pros and cons, and I wouldn't mind helping people save money+It would be a very nice skill to have for life in general+ I would like to open a business one day, and it would be very effective if I had a very strong base in accounting.

was just curious if anyone on ef is an accountant or know of anyone in accounting.

If you are, what's the stress level like? Do you like your job? I exercise daily, so a bit of stress isn't much of an issue for me. Thanks!

i like them--i teach them why they should not practice law and they teach me why i should stay out of accounting problems.....(tax lawyer here)...in the end we refer more business back and forth and we all make $$

best thing ive ever done in my life.
fairly difficult degree to obtain but like all things in life, if its worth having its worth working hard for.
make sure to get your CPA after school, so that means getting a masters or double majoring or getting an mba in order to satisfy the 150 semester hour requirement for sitting for the cpa exam.
you will not be hurting for a job with this degree, everyone i know in my grad program had a job lined up last semester, and we havent graduated yet.

Lol...I took accounting for lawyers in law school and we had some sandbagging CPA's in the class.......damned accountants..
