Just wanting some info on how you schedule your meals and work outs,as you know its a whole lot of getting used to .been working it a month now and i dont think i will ever get used to it.

Bring a cooler full of food. I work 7pm to 7am, then go hit the gym right after work. Sukcs but it keeps me focused, and I am definatley ready to hit the sack after a workout. I eat at least 4 times in the 12 hour period and intake at least 3 protein shakes. My co-workers all make fun of the way I eat but I don't care.
 
I used to work 7-7 midshift. I loved that shift but gym time is hard to come by on any 12 hour shift being that you don't really feel like doing it at the beginning or the end. Just pack your food the day before.
 
i worked the graveyard/vampire shift for 18 months when i went back to school in yet another attempt to escape my present employer....glad THAT'S history.



it was great for picking up one nighters...at 3 am, when everyone else was drunk/falling asleep i was "in my groove".
