any good drugs for it?
all of a sudden i've got it at random times.
i dont get it.
no more drugs...
no more drinking...
no more banging random chicks...

why do i have it?
maybe i am not cut out for 'normal' life.

I get it really bad, but I have a myriad of reasons to have it. So, I guess mine is situational and not chemical. I've never taken any drugs for it.

i often think you may be right.
when i do all that good stuff sonething else now happens... guilt!

anxiety happens for lots of reasons, some of which have basis in RL (like the hells angels hitman being after you because you banged his girlfriend) and others are chemical (some weird enzyme having a mardi gras in your brain)

chat to your doctor about what to do.

imo youre probably freaking out about not taking drugs or banging strippers. personally i admire you for merely having a little anxiety. id be FREAKING OUT

What do you consider anxiety is? I think I get it sometimes depending on the circumstance. Sometimes I get it if I smoke too much bud and go out in public.
