Anxiety

Anyone ever get anxiety while being ON..?
I have a few cycles under my belt.

Currently on 250mg's of Test E 2x's a week and also taking Arimidex for Estrogen control

personally no I have never had it on AAS.

if you have anxiety issues then they will likely be worse on AAS. work on becoming balanced in life.. meditation, yoga, or even prayer if you are religious can all help. also you should be eating, sleeping, and drinking well.

^^^ lower your dosage and get on support supps. try something else besides test which does give strong sides at moderate to high doses

its also possible you just aren't eating enough throughout the day and are suffering from low blood sugar. anxiety is a huge side of low sugar

I'm currently on a caloric deficit diet. Macros are usually 50/40/10. And my sugar intake is no more than 40g's a day, is that too low? My weight is 165 lbs.. bf is 15%.

I agree with Stevesmi. I would drop your dosage to 300mg a week and even if you had the slightest bit of anxiety Test can enhance that. Remember the other cycles you were on might have been under dosed and this batch might be strong. What were your other cycles? Did you do test alone?

Make sure your using N2Guard as well. High BP is common on cycles, and this can give a feeling like being on edge. Also, be mindful of your caffein intake that could a contributing factor, and drink at least a gallon of water a day.

I've done Test C & deca (2 cycles)
Sust,Tren A,dbol,Test P (1 cycle)
Test C,Primo (1 cycle)
Test C only (2 cycles)
Now Test E
Not in that order

yeah this is your problem.

you are trying to do something crazy overnight.. doesn't work like that man.. if you want to drop body fat then drop body fat OFF CYCLE.. don't get fancy on cycle like this and try and cut down your body fat like crazy, all that will happen is you will get sides and then you will gain fat back fast.

edit: what i said above some people will not understand so let me put it this way ... if you want to cut down body fat it is smarter and more efficient to do it slowly over time and not try and accomplish the feat overnight. the tortoise and the hare, who ends up winning? its a marathon, not a sprint. if you want to make it into a sprint then prepare for the consequences.. in your case you are starving your body way too much and punishing it. instead of slowly dropping your cals and sugars. as an athlete you must consume SOME sugar bro. i'm not saying go and eat dunkin donuts. i'm saying complex carbs like brown rice, sweet potato's etc. if you think you will get fat on either then i don't know what to tell you

Cal deficit + low carb = anxiety stew

Hi Pitbull

Not pleasant is it?

I just want to repeat what Stevesmi and the guys said, because he's right.

I've been on TRT for many years and never suffered with anxiety before the medication (Sustanon 250). People tend to point their finger at testosterone as the cause, and me too. However, while testosterone does by nature often raise BP, it is us who are responsible by changing our lifestyle habits as soon as we get on the sauce: radical diet changes, weight lifting etc.

This was the reason why I started to get anxiety attacks: low blood sugar. I was eating enough at a sitting but just not often enough.

On one occasion I was out walking the dog, and felt my legs were shaking and wobbling like jelly. Then my heart-rate went sky high and I started feeling disorientated as if I was about to pass out.
It wasn't until I'd wake during the night with full-on "panic attack" type symptoms that I decided to do something about it. Sometimes it was so bad I actually thought I was dying:(.

Basically, my body was screaming for food, primarily carbohydrates. Not eating after 4pm meant I went to bed with low blood sugar...hence bringing on symptoms. Your blood volume is boosted by RBC's when on juice, and your blood pressure often rises. These together compound and amplify the effects of a nasty anxiety attack. Besides the obvious dietary changes, I take 75mg of aspirin a day (thins blood) and I take a low dose beta-blocker, and - touch wood - haven't had any symptoms of anxiety since implementing these changes (three years).

Food and relaxation:).

Maybe you really have a legitimate reason to be anxious. Start there.

Bro I'm the anxiety oracle, I've abused my body for years ( defiantly not proud of it ) and I'm anxiety sensitive, plus I suffer depression so I got the wining ticket. Tren, anxiety. Eq, anxiety, though forgetting my anti depressant for a day and guess what..... Anxiety, I was low dosing alprazolam (Xanax) but as with any ex party pig low dose turned into excessive use. So I have settled for diazapam. Claims to be non additive and isn't in me. Works a treat and anxiety especially severe anxiety is the most disgusting thing I've endured so get onto it bro it changes a person
