Hi Pitbull
Not pleasant is it?
I just want to repeat what Stevesmi and the guys said, because he's right.
I've been on TRT for many years and never suffered with anxiety before the medication (Sustanon 250). People tend to point their finger at testosterone as the cause, and me too. However, while testosterone does by nature often raise BP, it is us who are responsible by changing our lifestyle habits as soon as we get on the sauce: radical diet changes, weight lifting etc.
This was the reason why I started to get anxiety attacks: low blood sugar. I was eating enough at a sitting but just not often enough.
On one occasion I was out walking the dog, and felt my legs were shaking and wobbling like jelly. Then my heart-rate went sky high and I started feeling disorientated as if I was about to pass out.
It wasn't until I'd wake during the night with full-on "panic attack" type symptoms that I decided to do something about it. Sometimes it was so bad I actually thought I was dying

.
Basically, my body was screaming for food, primarily carbohydrates. Not eating after 4pm meant I went to bed with low blood sugar...hence bringing on symptoms. Your blood volume is boosted by RBC's when on juice, and your blood pressure often rises. These together compound and amplify the effects of a nasty anxiety attack. Besides the obvious dietary changes, I take 75mg of aspirin a day (thins blood) and I take a low dose beta-blocker, and - touch wood - haven't had any symptoms of anxiety since implementing these changes (three years).
