anxiety while "on"

How many of you guy's get anxiety while on a cycle? Mine goes insane.... How do you deal with yours? I already have anxiety but it's under control (had it since i was 18). I am on 200mg ED of zoloft and xanax as needed. When I am on a cycle I tend to use xanax alot more than I do when off.
