Anxiety help

Here are a few tips:

- Manage/reduce stress
- Eat a healthy diet
- Be active
- Get enough sleep
- Try meditation
 
Oh and one more thing that just came to mind.
I've also read some individuals might benefit practicing these certain breathing techniques so maybe do some googling and see if that is something you'd like to try out.
 
stay away from caffeine and stimulants..

sign up for yoga, i don't care which kind

consider starting a new life in another city to wash yourself of past memories that are causing anxiety

eat organic fresh fruits daily, they contain a lot of compounds which positively effect neurotransmitters
 
Just wondering why you would not want to take prescription? No judgment here, just wondering. There are plenty of tips that I could suggest to manage anxiety, although there's not one quick fix. Limit alcohol and caffeine, meditation, CBD oil (have not tried this personally but a friend attests to it, there's more info on this), better diet, and even therapy - doesn't automatically mean you need medication.
