A + B = C in my case. If I go a couple of days without working out, or eating a clean diet, I start getting very irritable and depressed.
 
Being active and eating a well balanced diet will make it so much easier for you to menage your stress levels. When you mostly eat junk food and also not exercise, you will be much more prone to stress than someone who does work out regularly. I think working out and eating a well balanced diet improves your quality of life in all aspects even in the workplace. Both psysically and mentally.
