fasting is the most anti-inflammatory thing you can do

all food is inflammatory so taking something to fight inflammation is never the best option

having said that we know a diet rich in omega 3's vs. 6's is going to be way less inflammatory.. americans get 20:1 ratio of 6's to 3's.. that is the problem

swap in raw nuts, avocado, fatty fish wild, etc.
