I was going over some old E-mails and found an article"Why billy has breasts" and a paragraph states:
" Remember, anti-estrogens are not scheduled. It is perfectly legal to import them and there are many online resources that do this with accuracy and reliability."

What exactly does this mean? I am getting ready to start a cycle and want to order some - I have everything but anti-estrogens and to be honest I am afraid of mail order.
