I am now a firm believer in continuing arimidex, liquidex ,nolvadex or any anti estrogens at least 3 weeks after your last injection if on anything other than maybe anavar,halo's, or fina. I think alot of guys including myself would get just enough anti-ests to last the course of the cycle only. I picked up extra fat the month following my cycle. Just a thought.

It is a good idea, I agree. The "Gainskeepers Formula" suggests using Proviron. Often, estrogen levels can be high and Test levels will be low following a cycle which is a good scenario for using an aromatase inhibitor like Arimidex.
