Is there any benefits of running anti estrogen meds during the year just to promote your own bodies T levels??
Or just to reduce your bodily estrogen levels as I have read it suppresses Testosterone greatly.
Thanks

I know some men with naturally high estrogen levels who anti e's long term,

Absolutely. Most guys over 30 have higher e than they need and keeping it under control can only improve libido and gains. But no need for a med. POST CYCLE (alone or combined with a different natty anti e such as Sustain) will get e down to around 15 naturally, which is just about perfect.

Depends on your age somewhat. When you get older it is known your estrogen levels rise and this could then be beneficial to taking some form of anti-e.

Before you do anything... go get bloodwork that incorporates both your T and E levels, so you have a baseline. No need to take anti-E's if you don't need them.
Nelson's product's will be perfect for you.

there are some endos that have you take an anti e during a 140 day break from TRT for those bros that are susceptible to (or have) severe secondary polycythemia--the dose is tiny compared to what you take while on, though
