Anti-est...necesary???

I'm in the middle of a 10 week all qv test cycle. Its my first.
I've heard that you experience a "down" after, this for me
will right at the start of pre-season aka hell.
Will anti ests like Nolvecex or Armidex help provent this.
do I need one anyway.

How much test are you taking? Why didn't you use any anti-e's during your cycle? By "down" do you mean a post cycle crash? Ever hear of clomid?

Damn bro, you really need to stick around here and read. 500mg of test a week, and you are not sure if Nolvadex/Arimidex is needed, and didn't use them because you didn't have a source.....???

For a "paid athlete" who's most important part of life is taking care of your body, you are not doing a very good job of it. Stick around and READ, READ, READ......You don't want to be "taking care" of a nice set of titties in few weeks......

Most everyone in here will tell you not to do a cycle until you have EVERYTHING you need IN HAND. That includes protectants and post cycle. If you ever have a question as to whether or not you have everything you need, post your planned cycle in here and you will get a ton of responses letting you know exactly what you need and if you are ready.

Hell yeah I like soccer. I don't play anymore, but I played for 13 years up through HS, then did some coaching. I'd like to coach again. That was a blast.

No, not much of a fan of the MLS. I prefer to watch the Premier League.


Clomid is for post cycle. You want either Nolvadex or Arimidex. Both can be found at on-line pharmacy's.
As far as dosage, if your nips start feeling itchy or sore, start with 20mgs Nolv/day. Arimidex at 1mg/day, I believe. (If I am off in the dosages, someone please correct me.)
