Has anyone used Nolva & Femera during a cycle? I tend to bloat quite a bit from test even when my diet is clean. I usually only take one or the other. If anyone has used both at the same time what dosages did you run?

arimidex at .75mg/ed shoud do the job. most agree it's more effective durring cycle than nolva.

Armidex and nolva are not interchangable

Armidex is a anti-aromatase

Nolva is a estrogen blocker

Armidex along with femera will keep you dry. Femera is actually a little stronger from what i have read. Nolva is there usually if you are prone to gyno or to treat symptons of gyno. I for one take nolva at 20mg ed just becasue i am paranoid, i am also taking proviron to keep dry, it also helps with muscle hardness and sex drive. Femera can actually kill sex drive. i think the dosage of Femara ranges from 1.5-2.5 eod

You don't feel that using an anti-aromatase and a estrogen blocker is beneficial...yeah i know they both combat estrogen but in different ways. and an anti-aromatase keeps you much dryer

no that is too much. you need a certain level of estrogen to maintain homeostasis (look it up), if you kill off all ur estrogen you will screw urself out of gains, and cause more problems for yourself.

0.75mg of adex is a bit much to start with. start with 0.25mg ed and titrate up if needed. best to titrate it using bloodwork but if this is not possible you can titrate it weekly based on level of water retention... JMO

Okay samrt-ass, go buy some 6-0x0 for 40 bucks, take 6 a day like it says, at that rate 1 bottle lasts 10 days=$4 a day. And youll still get gyno.
