Anti E's, for real?

Ok I read the other day that if you do a 2 weeks cycle then 4 weeks of then repeat you dont need anti e's. Is this true? Also do anti e's come in pill form, or injectables? Are anti e's available from any store or are they illegal too? Thanks!

i always prepare my anti e cycle before touching anythng else.
