bought an oral cycle d-bol & anadrol & thanks to some of you i found out this wasn't doing to do me any good,(actually hurt me) so i looked around at other cycles. Researched some posts and other info and am considering sust and dbol for my first cycle. should i use nolva or clomid or something else??? i already have these two and it would help to not have to order again.

Look into a single, long-acting ester such as enanthate or cypionate for your first cycle bro. You can work your way up to Sustanon as you get more experience. 40mg ED of nolva will work well for what you have planned.

We are all unique. The AI that works well for one, may not work well for another. During my last (natural) blood test, my estradiol was 40 pg/ml - which is on the high side. Arimidex doesn't do anything for me. AIFM or Aromasin work well on a mild cycle. I need Letrozole for a heavy cycle.

1/4 cc of l-dex and 10 mgs every day of nolva will do you fine while on and you can experiment with either clo or nolva post cycle to c what works for ya.

in case of gyno symptoms double the ldex and nolva till the end of cycle.
