ANTI-E Year round

does anyone stay on anti-E's all year round? Just curious as I figured it would promote lean muscle mass/ fat loss

Yes, it might promote lean muscle/fat loss but nothing comes for free. Any type of drug will have its toll on your health especially fooling around with your hormone levels. Blocking Estrogen and causing an imbalance in natural hormone levels is not something you want to do...use it when you need it.

Often times anti-e's will not only affect sex hormones but lipid profiles as well. I would say use only when needed myself.

i thought i read nolva actually improves lipid profiles.

if you were going to do it i'd say nolva would be the best bet before arimidex/letrozole.
