I am currently taking 100mgs of test prop EOD and 600 mgs of eq wk.
This is my second week and I am noticing some water retention. I am curenttly dieting down and I dont want to hold any water.

What is the optimal dose of arimidex to get rid of the bloat?

How much nolvadex should I use if arimidex is not availiable...

start out with .5cc arimidex ED, that should do it. Then move up to 1 if it doesnt help. Nolva, while it won't help as much i don't think, you can use 20-60mg.

I would start with .5mg EOD. See how it goes from there and adjust as needed!

did you mean .5 mg's? i never heard of injectable aremidex....do they make it?
