Anti E question

OK, i know i am somewhat gyno proned. I got itchy nips during my extremly brief time using prohormones. Should i use an anti e as a preventitive measure. Which would be a better choice .5mg liquidex eod or 10-20 mg nolva everyday. I will have nolva on hand no matter what i just want to make sure i have enough. I had though maybe just run .5mgliquidex eod and keep nolva around just incase or runs it at 10mg. What do you guys think.
Oh and my cycle is 500mg sust 10 wks with 30mg dbol a day for a few weeks.

what's "few weeks" for a cycle?

I would do arimidex at 1mg/ED , and before running a cycle I would run nolva until they gyno is gone.

sry i mean the dbol for a few weeks, probaly 4, the sust is for 10wks. I dont have gyno now, this was a couple years ago. i got itchy nips, quit taking that garbge, and took some nolva. i do not have gyno now. i just thought that if that
stuff did that to me test/dbol would surely give me gyno. just trying to figure out the best route to prevent it.

I'd go with both bro..since your running the dbol for 4 wks, adex .05 - 1 mg ed or eod, and nolva on hand just in case you do start to get the itchy nipps..

the fish speaks the trusth. This is what I am doing and at the end of week 9, NO isses with my lovely little nips at all.
