Okay Bro's
My search has ran me in circles. I need some help/advice on Anti E's that will prevent gyno and also help with the water retention.
Here are my stats:
Age: 44
Weight: 230
Height: 6'1"
BF: 19%
Just finished a keto type diet awhile ago in which I went from 276 to 226 in 12 weeks. I am sure some of the loss was lean. I don't want that to happen this time.
Here is my cycle that I plan to use. Goal will be to decrease Bodyfat. If I add lean that is fine, but cutting the fat is of the
highest proirity. Diet advice is welcomed too.
AAS: 10 to 12 week cycle.
Fina: 150mg EOD
Test: 500mg per week (I have Depo Test 200/mg by Upjohn and QV 250) I will be using the Upjohn as my base and the QV to fill in when needed.
Cynomel: Using the schedule below,
Day 1-2: None
Day 3-6: 25mcg
Day 7-10: 50mcg
Day 11-13: 75mcg
Day 14-17: 100mcg
Day 18-21; 125mcg
Day 22-25: 100mcg
Day 26-29: 75mcg
Day 30-33: 50mcg
Day 34-37: 25mcg
Day 38- 45: 12.5mcg
Clenbuterol: 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. ECA stack during the off time.
Day 1: 20mcg
Day 2: 40mcg
Day 3: 60mcg
Day 4 - 5: 80mcg
Day 6 - 12: 100mcg
Day 13-14: 80mcg
Day 15: 60
i may taper if necessary.
This is my second cycle. The first was similar but I had some EQ in there. This was some time ago and I did not have to worry with weight. Years ago I might add.
