anti cortisols

What are some anti cortisols. I want to know which ones reduce the level of cortisol in the blood rather than prevent absorption.
 
Here are a couple I have heard about.

- phosphatidylserine (PS) . Tests were conducted that showed that 800mg blunted the exercised induced rise in cortisol. If I remember right, all subjects were able to correctly determine when they were taking PS and when they were not taking a placebo. I believe because muscle soreness was reduced. PS is good nutrient to take for your brain. Usually in much lower doses.

- high dose vitamin C. Probably at least 1 gram prior to exercise and probable the same after.

- Procaine HCL. There is a company trying to get approval on this to help reduce chronic high levels of cortisol. The product is called anticort. I believe Procaine HCL is probably fairly easy to obtain. If you can find out the amounts used in the test and the method of delivery (IM , IV or oral) then you might be able to try to make it yourself.

- ru486. I believe this had anti-cortisol properties in addition to its anti-progesterone. I imagine that this one is difficult to obtain.

Do a google search for any of the above + cortisol and you will find more detailed info.
 
Looked up more on the anticort. It is an oral but is specifically engineered so that it can be absorbed and remain active for 36 hours.

Taking procaine HDL orally , they say, is not effective because it is broken down during digestion.

A popular smart drug - GH3 , which is taken orally, contains procaine as its active ingredient.

Ive taken PS and have had awesome results from it. With a good post workout shake - I get next to no soreness the next day. And I workout hard. (14 to 18 sets in 30 to 35 minutes)
