I am a bit confused regarding anti aromatases. People say, and to there credit that they hinder gains, true, since estrogen up regulates recepters and is neccersary for growth (and libido).
What I don't understand is why a little a-dex won't help gains. Surely if there is more aromatase bound to a-dex molecules, there is less to actually do its job, therefore, as we know less estrogen; but wouldn't this also mean more testosterone as less is being converted into estrogen. Therefore, maybe in the presence of an anti aromatase 500mg test would equate to 600mg without an anti aromatase.
Therefore, why isn't it mainstream among juicers that a small dose of anti aromatases whether sensitive to estrogen or not will actually increase gains. I'm guessing like 0.25mg EOD.
Somebody help me out here, am I right or have a missed something of fundamental importance???
