no effects yet that i can see and I am on day 3
The other thing you have to consider is the effects of mulitple allergens. For instance if you're a little allergic to a food, say peanuts, you may never get a reaction from eating them. If you're a little allergic to say, bananas, you may never get a reaction from eating them. But one day you sit and eat both and WHAM, you get hives all over.
I used AIFM and had no reaction at all. But then I had avacodo that I know I am allergic to. The next day I got a couple red spots from the AIFM a couple hours after I put it on. Then it went away the next day.
All those who had a reaction strictly to the AIFM (4 people) got it the day they used it.
