I've listened to everything everyone had to say.
 
If you're going to do a cycle, then do it right. Throw in some dbol, your test and have a good pct (post-cycle therapy) ready. Should have some clomid, nolvadex and hcg on hand for when your done, and in case you need the nolva during your cycle. Don't start your cycle until you have everything you need.

After you do your first cycle, you should have gained 10-20 pounds, maybe more. Keep a check on your diet, just because your bulking doesn't mean eat everything, if you do you will get fat. Follow this cycle up in a few weeks with something else. This is what it will take. Constant cycles ending and beginning. Maybe you take a few weeks of from your cycle, but I wouldn't plan on taking more than 2 months off of the drugs.

Some people love it and some hate it. I think you would be better off keeping Deca to a 2nd or 3ry cycle. Test and Dbol would be fine for a 1st cycle.

You have a lot of ambition right now, but that could change in a month or a year. Start out with easier drugs and then build them up.

when i started lifting, i eventually got into the idea that i'm currently a beginner bb'er. that i'll one day become like arnold. as i got into it more and more and started to make gains faster than i thought possible, i figured i had a chance. i ate right and trained hard. still do. that's how beautifulbiceps thinks (i guess) except that he seems to publicize it and that's the only thing on his mind. just keep it a dedicated hobby for right now. you'll get in the higher rankings one day if you stay motivated

whoa dude, you and i had the same epiphany i guess. then i got my head out of my ass. lol. dude why even talk. and if you put on 55lbs that fast you don't need gear. and 190 at 16% or whatever you asstimate, lol, that means you have about 150 lbs of lean mass, wow. why don't u do yourself a favor and look at aap's gallery or his avi. then think about the fact that he doesnt' even talk about being an ifbb. i hope you attain your goal but this thread is a joke.

coldblue (theron) has an amazing physique for someone that is completely drug free and only "exercises" as opposed to "bodybuilds".

that dudes genetics are off the hook and makes me envious of him.

I wouldn't be truthful if I posted my diet, because it changed so much.
But I can give you an idea.
I drink a lot of milk, ANPB, oatmeal, whey, Flax, udos, weight gainer. Vitamins, sometimes Bcaa, sometimes Glutamine. Lots of water. I drink Vitargo during and after workout. In there would be some potatoes, chicken, rice, salad, i dont eat many veggies, Beef,... I get from 300-350 gram of protein a day, I eat 350 on my off days and cut a few carbs.

Training is Chest Tri/off/back bi/off/legs shoulders/ off

Do you weigh your food? Not sure if Im reading that correctly, you dont eat beef? How come??

honestly, what happens when you move out of your parents house and actually have to get a job and pay for things..your 190 "massiveness" isnt going to get you paid.. and then you realize that there is a life outside of skittles, playstation 2, and high school football.. i know this thread is old, but its fuckin ridiculous..

No no, i eat beef and fish. I dont weigh my food, im just a freak of nature and can estimate pretty well whats in it.

my best friend bench pressed 500 lbs at 18 yrs old. he's about 5'6" and weighed 190 lbs w/ about 10% body fat. he never stepped on stage as power lifting was his thing but i know he could have definatly won some local shows had he competed. he has amazing genetics as he benched 600 clean with no bench shirt and squated 780 before he blew a disc due to not warming up enough. he was an hr late for the meet because of daylight savings and didnt set his clock right. walked into the meet and had to gear up for his second attempt, missed the first one, and did a 710 which was the last squat he ever did. if he hadnt blown a disk at such an early age he would have done amazing things in the powerlifting world and possible done some damage on the stage. tell us about the amazing things you have done as a teenager in the world of powerlifting and/or bodybuilding so we can know what kind of stage you have set for yourself for future amazing acheivments like the mr olympia winner.
 
This shit is just crazy. Anyone can look good standing in the mirror by themselves. Have you ever attended a bodybuilding show? Have you ever stood next to a novice competitor and compare your physiques? The way you're talking is gonna come back to haunt you. I've seen 100 guys like you talk about how they're gonna be the next big thing. People get tired of listening to them so after awhile they offer encouragement-just cuz their dying to see your ego crushed on stage-which will happen. Of course your excuse will be those other guys were on more steroids than me. Since you are in denial about ridculous amnount of work you need to do before you'll ever win a best chest contest in a bar(let alone a BB show), it will be your biggest setback. A bodybuilder needs to be confident, but more importantly he should be objective about his own physique. If you look and the mirror and refuse to see the flaws, you'll never be able to fix them. After a few more public humilations on stage the reality will set in and golf as a hobby will seem more your speed. Then again a guy like you would challenge Tiger Woods after 1 day at the driving range.

And let us not forget the number of huge guys over 300 lbs that look like absolute shit when they diet. So even if you accomplish your size goals, it's no guarantee that you'll be symetrical or proportionate after dumping your extra weight

You need to contact Nelson Montana, or Anthony Roberts,


(one may soon be in jail so kind of hurry) and for under a couple of thousand dollars they will give you expert advice, really, well sort of, since I don’t think they lift or exercise, or take gear,

Also you may want to ask about the possibility of playing professional rugby, I know it is not a big sport now, but you have your future to consider.

The other option would be (after you give them the money) another expert, you know enough already, well at least as much as they do, so write (err plagiarize) cut and paste books and sell books as and expert. It is easier than getting your degree in the mail. You can even do it at your mom’s house, that’s what the experts do.

But the 2 ‘experts” will tell you anything you want to hear because they say they are experts. Get it; I did not think so, just ask them for help they are the pros.
