never had hit 100lbs before, so next week who knows....i include the bar in that weight as it is 25lbs, with a 25lb, 10lb, and 2.5lb plates on each side of the bar....

training tris is a blast!
 
thanks everyone, next week i am going to try and hit 110 but we shall see...maybe my arms will snap, lol....

squat is still stuck around 250 or so, but i have really had to lighten the load due to some back problems and knee issues....this weeks leg day, my squat was a huge 135....ugh :(

back is going very well, really back and tris are my favs to train....barbell rows are a thing of beauty! :)

thanks again, i will keep posting my prs up in hrere when i can..remember ladies....we can do ANYTHING!

I'd be interested to see your entire training scheduel (in as much detail as possible).
