I know there have been posts about this in the past, but I have a couple of specific questions
First, I am currently in the middle of an eq/win cycle. I didn't think I wanted to add test, but I know some people that swear by it, so I think I'll give it a shot. I should have added it to this cycle, but whats done is done. My interest in tren ace stems from a lot of posts on this board. Bros on here love it! I figure if I'm going to give test e a go I might as well try it with tren since that combo appears very popular.
Here's my background:
1 – Age: 26
2 - Lifting History: I’ve been lifting for about 6 years, mostly heavy (for me) ie fewer reps w/ heavier wight. A few years ago I did a 10 week cycle of cyp/win without PCT. I didn’t really notice any side effects, but I was probably just oblivious.
3 – Height: 5’11”
4 – Weight: 200 lbs
5 - Estimated BF%: I'm not sure. Before I started my cycle I would have guessed it was around 15%, so it should be less now, right? LOL. The EQ has definitely made me hungrier than ever, which isn't so good. Honestly, I would say my BF is still around the same, although my jeans are much looser (a good thing). I'm a 34 waist and I know I still have a lot of work to do.

6 – Diet: I try to eat as best I can. Egg whites in the morning, protein bar for a snack, and tuna/chicken throughout the day. I’m in college, so sometimes my diet isn’t as perfect as this. Plus, like I said the EQ makes me hungrier than hell.
7 – Goals: For this cycle I want to get much stronger and add muscle. Losing BF is always good too.
8 - Proposed cycle:
tren ace: 525 mg/wk (75mg/ed). I have zero experience with tren, but from what I've read, it should be taken every day, ya?
test e: 600 mg/wk: Again, from what I've read it's best to break this up over the week. I was thinking 200mg every Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
I want to get the most out of this cycle- Should I add anything else? I seem to recall a post about a tren/test e/eq cycle.
PCT:
This is where I need a lot of help!!
Nolvadex: I read that this is good for anti-e during the cycle & as PCT.
20-30 mg/ed during the cycle if I see estrogen problems during the cycle and continue a few days after symptoms cease.
40 - 50 mg/ed as PCT beginning 1 wk after last injection and continuing for 3 - 5 weeks, tapering down to 20 - 30 mg/ed.
HCG: stacked with the nolvadex during PCT. 1500 - 3000 IU every 5 - 6 days. Discontinue HCG 1 week before discontinuing nolvadex.
I feel like I'm missing something here, so hopefully bros with experience with this cycle can clue me in.
FINALLY: From what I've gathered, the time off in between cycles should be about as long as you spent on. So should I wait about 15 weeks from the end of my current 15wk eq/win cycle before starting this cycle?
Any advice would be great!
