why does arnold always wear the same clothes throught the movies? when the "bad terminator" switches uniforms throught the movie? why do they always send only one terminator to save john? why does that one terminator look the same in every movie? why don't they upgrade his ass already? why does arnold(the terminator) apear to be aging over the years? LOL why does the terminator speak with a accent?

Seans talking out of his ass. The movie has NOT been rated yet, and Arnold himself said most likely r rating, because fans don't want to feel as if they are getting down a watered down version of a movie.
As for James Cameron, he wanted to do T3 right after T2, but the company that owns the rights went bankrupt. A nasty legal battle followed. Warner bros finally won the auction recently. By this time James was very busy with other projects. They decided they couldn't wait for him to have a clear schedule, as Arnold wasn't getting any younger. Arnold waited for a script he liked, and they made it.
Arnold is pulling out all the stops for this one. He got into shape once again (he looks awesome again), put a lot of time into the project, and even money. Fans, and newcomers alike will not be dissapointed. The terminator really is back.
