Ok folks, just doing some more homework on the T3. What effects does T3 have other than increasing your metabolism? Heart rate goes up? Appetite suppressant??

I plan on using it for 4 weeks, 5 max. I'm starting off at 25mcg then tapering up quickly to 75mcg then staying there for a few days then tapering slowly down.

How about drinking while on this stuff? I know it will minimize gains. But I cheat once every 2 weeks with some cold ones.

I hope not too many cold ones, and make them the Michelob Ultra if you do drink since it has low carbs I suppose.

No joke, I ramped up quickly to 200mcgs a day. 100 in the morning and 100 at nite. I been at this dose for a month now. I think your right about the appetite suppressant. I'm also on EQ 300mg a week now for 5 months and I don't have any hunger from the EQ. As far as weight loss, it's hard to tell for me. I been drinkin GHB every day too and Im holdin water from the G.
 
Not to go against the grain but T3 should be used with moderation.

Ramping up to doses of 200mcg per day, and using it for extended periods of time, can permanently shut down your thyroid gland.

Imagine being permanently depressed, eating 1200 calories per day and not losing any weight, having the chills and episodes of extreme sweating and there is no cure for it.

Unlike the testes, the thyroid gland does not always bounce back. You'll be stuck having to take it every day, for the rest of your life.

How do I know? Because it happened to me.

IMO unless you are pro bodybuilder, I would stick with OTC supplements and focus on diet and training. Losing an additional 5-10 pounds with T3 is not worth it.
 
I wouldnt use more than 25-50mcg for extended periods. I go taper up to 100mcgs for 6-8 week cycles and taper back down super slow.
