Another Source is Trouble

About 2 months ago I was referred to source. I emailed him and his references, everything checked out. He sent me a list and I replied with an order. He told me he would send me a confirmation as soon as he received the money. He got the money on 8/5/02 and never replied. I sent him an email a few days later asking if he received the money and he never replied. I checked with some vets from EF and I was told not to use because he was having some trouble. I also checked with his references and the Mods on the boards he frequents and I got the same reply. Well by this time it was to late, he already had my money. I concluded that it was just bad timing on my part and I would wait to see what happens.

The source sent me this email on Mon 8/19:

"i will have to have a friend to help me fill your order i will keep you posted...email me on wed i should have a trackingfor you"

I emailed him asking for an update or tracking # that Wed 8/21, he replied with this email:

"bro did i not just send you one like 2 days ago?/man i am in some shit and i am having a friend help me out.."

That was the last time I heard from him...


I talked to some mods on another board about him. It's seems a lot of other people lost their money too. The source stopped responding to everyones emails. I don't know if he got busted or scammed people. Do you think I should go public with his info? How much time should I give him? He received my cash 6 weeks ago and stopped replying about 3 weeks ago.

I won't post any info on him until I hear from some mods. He had good references from EF so I don't think he was scamming people.

I always open these source gone bad posts expecting to find something of substance but I am basically trying to crack a fucking code. So do this, if you have been scammed get all the shit done with the mods or whomever you want to and if it is confirmed then put the scammer or the busted person on the first line of the thread that way we know who the fuck it is and we don't have to read six thousand posts and then find there is no info after all just a bunch of jibberish.
