Another scam?

I can not speak to the legal aspects to the board, but I do know that they are advertising on several boards that have "shady" advertisers. We will not touch them or any of those types of companies, I would stay far away.

Quite legal. I am a TRT patient of the DO that runs this practice. Lab tests are required to validate treatment and all medications are dispensed with an Rx from a licensed pharmacy. Works quite well for me.

I never said that they were not legal. HRT is very legal, I was making comments about the other sites that they advertise at. As I said, I do know that they are advertising on several boards that have "shady" advertisers.

Elite Fitness would never allow a sponsor like that to advertise with us and it is my opinion that our members shouldn't visit them either. The exposure they get next to research companies and other companies that we were advised by counsel not to accept is far to risky.

I know of quite a few sites that do "over the phone" examinations and do in fact provide the the scheduled drugs they claim. How legal this is I can't comment on. I'd bet if it were looked at closely by Federal Law enforcement it might not be as "perfectly legal" as they claim.

But as I said this doesn't make them scammers.

EF Sam,

How can you say "Elite Fitness would never allow a sponsor like that to advertise with us"?

I can go to the anabolic discussion board on EF and click on most any topic and at the bottom there are LOTS of more blatantly shady adds than that. Some are flat out illegal in the US.

I'm not trying to be pissy here but what you are saying and what I am seeing are completely different things.

Those are not sponsors they are Google advertisements. We have put forth a complaint and are having the ads removed. Again, they are not sponsors and they are not supposed to be there. We have Google do some targeted ad placements and it totally backfired.

We have also made several posts to warn people not to click on those ads, and I will do so again. Thanks.

Just a followup - This is not an "over the phone"
type of business. All the HRT patients are required to get complete
physical examinations from their doctors, labs are ALWAYS run, and DO personally monitors the progress of each and every patient.

Definitely not a scam!
