Hey Mr.X,

I have a week and 4 days before my contest. I have dropped 4lbs in 3 days. I fell flat as hell. I think it is from having so little carbs. Should I up my carbs?

This is the first time I am doing my diet this way. On my non training days I have on ly oatmeal in the morning.

Morning:
2 servings oatmeal
10 egg whites with 1 1/2 cups vegs

After Training:
Protein drink/ low carb with 1 tb Flax Oil

1Hour After protein Drink:
Chicken or ex lean turkey with Yams

Afternoon Meal:
Tuna 3 1/2 servings with vegs 1 tb Flax Oil

Early Evening:
Protein drink/ low carb with 1 tb Flax Oil

Dinner:
Chicken, ex lean turkey or lean read meat with vegs

Before Bed:
Protein Drink

What would you suggest doing. I have been doing 40 mins of cardio 6 times a week....today I only did 20. I was thinking about cutting out cardio all together? I am strick as hell on my percontest diet.

My last day of training will be the Wednesday before the show.

Thursday I will start to carb load like you suggested.

Any additional information would be apperiacated.

Damn I feel like this is my first show lol ...... But I guess as long as I want to improve I have to try different things.

If you are really flat as you say, keep the LOW-CARS up until WED. and start the loading on WED.
