Another Protein Question

Hey, not much of a question, but I was just wondering if there's a problem with consuming around 200grams of protien from just shakes. I also get at least another 200 from real foods, just wondering if that was too much from shakes?

Not at all.. I get around that much from shakes and another 150-200 from whole foods and it has worked for me. I would prefer to eat more whole fodds but my shedule does not allow me to except on weekends

200 from shakes is fine especially if you are also getting 200 from food sources. The shakes really help post workout and early in the day for me.
